Today, Blake is a fixture in the downtown, central and west Austin real estate market, providing consultation and brokerage services for some of Austin’s most innovative residential and mixed use developments. His client base ranges from national level development firms to local builders, investors and homeowners. Blake prides himself on providing his clients with an arsenal of knowledge to best guide their real estate decisions.
In addition to his real estate brokerage, Blake is an active real estate investor, on the Board of Directors for Municipal Utility District 14, Vice President of Solar Capital Group, a solar development and finance company and partner in Caffe’ Medici, a local coffee shop with multiple locations in central Austin.

Cati Hall – REALTOR®
Cati began her real estate career in 2005 before graduating from college. It was in college at the University of Texas at Austin that Cati recognized the opportunities real estate offers young business women and used it as a vehicle to serve her community. Since then, Cati has had the opportunity to assist over 100 happy buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions. Having spent the majority of her youth in Austin, Cati is well-versed in the Austin real estate market. She knows which neighborhoods are up-and-coming and is very acute to changes in the growing market’s demand and sales. Whether it’s a buyer’s market, neutral market or bull market, Cati’s hands-on approach and excellent negotiating skills ensure a smooth, successful sale and prove to her clients that they are her #1 priority. When thinking about buying real estate, Cati’s motto is, “You’re never too young to buy and never too old to start.” Her motto’s success is evident in her clients’ personal financial successes, especially if they started a real estate portfolio early on in life. She has truly enjoyed witnessing first-hand the effects of her hard work and guidance when she sees her clients benefit from the profitable investments. When Cati is not working, she can be found on Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail running with her two lovable Labradors, appropriately named Austin and Memphis. As a former competitive swimmer, she still enjoys competing in local road running races. Cati also rarely gives up an opportunity to have Mexican Martini’s at her favorite restaurant in Austin — Trudy’s.
More than ten years ago, Lindsay began her career in real estate and partnered with Blake (in business and life!) in building Taylor Real Estate into what you see it as today. Lindsay believes that educating buyers and sellers is the key to making a successful real estate transaction and enjoys teaching her clients the ins and the outs of the business. Prior to real estate, Lindsay helped build global brands with a local advertising firm and loves utilizing those skills to head the firm’s marketing strategy. Outside the office, Lindsay loves spending time with her family, enjoying all that Austin has to offer, with her two young sons, Luke and Logan.
Johnathan brings a wealth of experience in customer service, along with over a decade of knowledge of Austin’s local market and a passion for real estate. He supervises client transactions, coordinates events and oversees company operations to ensure clients have a consistently excellent experiences when finding their happy place. Johnathan is an active member of the Austin Board of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS and the Austin Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, he enjoys running Lady Bird Lake with his dogs and exploring Austin’s culinary scene.
Born and raised in Austin, Lindsey has over nine years of customer service experience which has shaped her desire to provide others with an exceptional and favorable home buying or selling experience. Her focus is providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price, under the best terms.
She is a fitness enthusiast that loves running, weightlifting, playing volleyball and paddle boarding. In her spare time, she enjoys live music, dancing, coffee shops and the outdoors.
